Advanced Recycling Solutions' tyre plants are flexible and built to suit the production and marketing needs of our customers. Rubber chip size and volume is dependent on the markets being served by customers, and we design and construct each tyre shredder around the same design principles, to suit the individual needs of each customer.

Typically, we are designing for three chip sizes, at volumes from three to six tons per hour, of a mix of car and light commercial tyres. 0 to 15mm, 20 to 35mm, and 40 to 85mm are typical rubber chip sizes.
